An antibacklash gear consists of two gear wheels. In one of gear wheels teeth are arranged as insert ones and spring-loaded, with wedge-like end element, between that at both sides in direction of gear rim in rectangular sockets of the gear wheel spring-loaded wedges are placed. Inserted teeth with their slots are installed to ring fixed in diameter of root circle of the gear wheel with provision of possibility of displacement of teeth in radial and circular directions. |
