The invention relates to a process for biotechnological preparation of microbe polysaccharides, which can be used in agriculture, medicine. The method comprises the cultivation ofIMB B-7005 on the nutrient medium, containing mineral salts, growth factors, and as a source of carbon nutrition the mixture of energetically unequal growth substrates in mass ratio of 1:1. In mixed substrate inorganic nitrogen is used as an energy deficient substrate. The technological result consists in that the method enables to reduce the time of producer cultivation and exclude the source of mineral nitrogen from the medium. |
