<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive capless writing utensil surely keeping the sealed state of the tip end inside a shaft tube over a long period with a simple structure, and having a drying preventive mechanism with excellent long-term preservability. <P>SOLUTION: The capless writing is configured such that a writing body 18 is disposed in the shaft tube 11, and the pen point part 18a of the writing body 18 is made freely retractable through the end opening of the shaft tube 11. A two-color beak section 16 formed of an elastic resin material or a rubber material containing magnetizable powder is provided to the tip opening of the shaft tube 11. The beak section 16 has a base part 16a integrally superposed on the inner face or the outer face of the tip end of a shaft tube 11, and includes, at a top part 16b, a slit 17 which opens with pressing force of the pen point part 18a and elastically returns to a roughly closed state when the pen point part 18a retracts. After two-color molding, the slit 17 with one of closing end faces of the slit 17 magnetized to an S-pole and the other to an N-pole, is provided to be completely closed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
