<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a limiter circuit capable of limiting the level of an output voltage with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The limiter circuit is provided with: a constant current source; a differential input circuit connected to the constant current source and provided with a first transistor and a second transistor constituting a differential pair; an output voltage generation circuit for generating an output voltage corresponding to a difference between voltages that are respectively applied to a first control electrode of the first transistor and a second control electrode of the second transistor; a feedback circuit for applying a feedback voltage corresponding to the output voltage to the second control electrode so as to make the voltage level of the first control electrode coincide with the voltage level of the second control electrode; and a sink current circuit for absorbing a first current corresponding to the level of the output voltage from one electrode where a small current is caused to flow between electrodes unconnected to the constant current source of the first transistor or the second transistor when the level of the output voltage changes in accordance with a change in an input voltage applied to one of the first control voltage and the second control voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
