PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welded part deburring device and a welded part deburring method capable of being also applied for removing a burr of a deburring object having protrusions and recessions along the welded part elongation direction, and capable of preventing failure such as remaining burrs or excess cutting of the welded part. SOLUTION: A copying roller 13 is abutted to a surface of a deburrying object 12, and is carried to a direction parallel to the welded part elongation direction of the deburrying object, and a deburrying cutting blade 15 is moved interlockingly with the copying roller 13, and the burr 12b of the welded part of the deburrying object is removed by the deburrying cutting blade 15. A front end surface 15a of the deburrying cutting blade 15 is tilted, and a relieving shape is made on a surface 15b of the deburrying cutting blade 15 confronting the deburrying object. Two of the copying rollers are provided, rough cutting is carried out by the copying roller on the front, and finish cutting is carried out by the copying roller on the rear.
