<p>PURPOSE: A data transfer method based on WiFi multimedia and an apparatus thereof are provided to perform the data transfer proper to a service property by differentially adopting the retransmission limit count of access categories. CONSTITUTION: A transmission terminal differentially sets up a data retransmission limit count according to an access category, and compares a message reception count with the retransmission limit count to determine a data retransmission request message during the reception of a data retransmission limit count. The reception terminal transmits the data retransmission request message to the transmission terminal for the data which are not received from the transmission terminal. If the reception count of message exceeds the retransmission limit count, a transmission management unit(161) ignores the data retransmission.</p> |
