PURPOSE: A sound source level stabilizing device, a method and a communication device of the same are provided to distinguish object sound and back ground noise and process the sound and the noise. CONSTITUTION: A VAD(Voice Activity Detector)(210) separates input voice source into an object sound and an background noise. A threshold value update unit(250) calculates energy level about the object sound. The threshold value update unit updates a threshold value. A dynamic processing unit(260) performs dynamic processing about the object sound based on the undated threshold value. The dynamic processing unit stabilizes level of the input sound source.
