PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recyclable thermoplastic resin gear having high heat resistance, high wearing strength and rigidity, being lightweight to contribute to reducing the load of a motor and the weight of an assembled product. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin gear is formed of a resin composition containing (A) a polyphthalamide resin and/or a polyether ether ketone resin, (B) glass fibers and/or carbon fibers, (C) polytetrafluoroethylene, the (B) having a content of 5-50 wt.% and the (C) polytetrafruoroethylene having a content of 3-30 wt.% when the (A)-(C) has a total content of 100 wt.%. The (B) is the glass fibers which have a content of 5-50 wt.% and/or the carbon fibers which have a content of 5-40 wt.%.
