PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the rust preventive performance and lubricating performance of a metallic raceway surface over a long period of time, in a rolling support device such as a rolling bearing. SOLUTION: The raceway surface 1 of a metallic inner race and an outer race of the rolling bearing is covered via an intermediate layer 3 with a synthetic resin layer 2 composed a synthetic resin including a fluororesin and having a thickness of 0.5μm to 10μm.
