PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a control system capable of restraining an increase in manufacturing cost of the control system, by reducing a work load when replacing a functional part. SOLUTION: This control device 23 of the control system 20 has a control means 231 for transmitting a control signal corrected on the basis of its solid characteristic information to the functional part 22. The control means 231 has a first storage means 232 for prestoring the solid characteristic information in a process up to shipping. The control means 231 corrects the control signal transmitted to a replacing functional part 70 on the basis of its read separate solid characteristic information, by reading the separate solid characteristic information, when replaced with the replacing functional part 70 having a second storage means 72 for storing the separate solid characteristic information, instead of the functional part 22, after the shipping.
