PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquakeproof joint satisfying short term of works, low execution cost, outer waterproofing for concrete structure to which water cut-off is applied, high displacement absorption at the time of earthquake and prevention of flow of earth and sand from a displacement absorption part, or the like. SOLUTION: The earthquakeproof joint for the concrete structure comprises a valve arranged along a construction joint of the concrete structure and absorbing displacement of the concrete structure, wing parts brought into contact with a surface of the opposed concrete structure and formed on the left and right side of the valve, protrusions embedded in the opposed concrete structure and having a swollen part at a top end of the wing part. The numeral 1 represents the hollow valve, the numerals 2, 3 represent the wing parts, the numerals 4, 5 represent the protrusions, the numeral 6 represents the swollen parts, the numerals 10a, 10b represent the concrete structure, and the numeral 10c represents a joint part of the concrete structure.
