<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laver producing apparatus having a laver dryer capable of excellently drying raw laver. <P>SOLUTION: This laver dryer 10 has two drying chambers of an upper drying chamber 11 and a lower drying chamber 12 at a vertical interval T. The laver producing apparatus has a transfer means 15 transferring a laver drain board holder 30 from an endless turning chain 13 in the upper drying chamber 11 to an endless turning chain 14 in the lower drying chamber 12. Furthermore, air heating devices 40 introducing and heating air outside and sending the heated air to the lower parts of the upper drying chamber 11 and the lower drying chamber 12 are independently provided on one sides of the the upper drying chamber 11 and the lower drying chamber 12, and a spatial part 7 whose lower part communicates with the interval space T is set on the other side part of the upper drying chamber 11 so as to bring the interval space T and the spatial part 7 to a discharge passage of exhaust gas blown from the lower drying chamber 12 to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
