发明名称 ENCODING AND DECODING METHOD FOR WATERMARKING USING STATISTICAL ANALYSIS
摘要 A method for inserting and detecting a watermark of a three-dimensional mesh image using a statistics technique are provided to apply a watermarking technique easily to a three-dimensional mesh image and detect a watermark without the necessity of original data. An original mesh model expressed by vectors of rectangular coordinate system is converted into vectors of a spherical coordinate system and expressed(S101). The converted vectors are divided into a certain number of sections each with the same width according to amplitude(S111). Vectors of a particular section selected to insert a watermark from among the divided vectors are normalized into a range section of (0,1)(S121). The normalized vector size is changed to move an average value to thus insert a watermark(S131). The watermark-inserted vectors are restored to the range section before the normalization(S141). The restored vectors are converted into the rectangular coordinate system and expressed(S151).
