PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical liquid supply device capable of precisely supplying a chemical liquid to an inkjet head nozzle with a simple structure and low power consumption. SOLUTION: The chemical liquid supply device for supplying the chemical liquid to the inkjet nozzle is constituted to have a pack (101) which has an opening (101a) at the end part and in which the chemical liquid is filled, a flexible elastic body (101b) pasted on the pack, and a winding shaft (103) for winding a metal plate from the other end side of the pack. In the constitution, the pack is fixed to a prescribed position while being wound from the other end and during the winding, the inside of the pack is turned to a pressurized state and after finishing the winding period, the pack is turned to a negative pressure state by back tension of the flexible elastic body.
