PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical imaging apparatus capable of improving the convenience of an operator and the working efficiency of an examination. SOLUTION: This medical imaging apparatus 1a is provided with an imaging section 3 for capturing a medical image indicating a site of a subject T, a storage section 5c for storing the captured medical image, a means for acquiring work information corresponding to the captured medical image from history information recording the work information under an examination corresponding to the captured medical image, and a means for recording the acquired work information in the storage section 5c as image incidental information incidental to the captured medical image.
