PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that does not require a nurse call adapter, in a nurse call system that enables communication between a plurality of slave machines and a plurality of extension terminals, and that is connected via a nurse call adapter to a nurse call control machine that accommodates a slave machine and a private branch exchange that accommodates a mobile terminal.SOLUTION: There is provided an interface unit that is connected to a nurse call control machine with a plurality of ISDN basic interfaces, is connected to a private branch exchange with an ISDN primary group speed interface, and executes interface conversion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
