1. A solid support on which at least one polymer comprising at least one repeating unit of Formula M1 and at least one repeating unit of Formula M2 is immobilized: wherein R1, R3, R4, and R6 are each independently a bond or a substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkylene group, R2 and R5 are each independently hydrogen, halo, or a substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkyl group, A1 and A2 are each independently —NH—, —O—, or —O—(CO)—, and wherein R7 is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-12 arylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkyl-C6-12 arylene group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C6-12 aryl-C1-6 alkylene group; and R8, R9, and R10 are each independently H, halo, or a substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 hydroxyalkyl group, wherein at least two of R8, R9, and R10 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 hydroxyalkyl group wherein the zwitterionic group is represented by Formula 2 below:
-L1-A3-L2-A4 <Formula 2> wherein L1 and L2 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted C1-100 alkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-100 arylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-50 alkyl-C6-50 arylene group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C6-50 aryl-C1-50 alkylene group; and A3 and A4 are ionic groups, wherein A3 is a cationic group and A4 is an anionic group; or A3 is a anionic group and A4 is an cationic group, and wherein the material that specifically binds to one or more biomolecules is an antibody, an antigen, a receptor, a ligand, a substrate or inhibitor of an enzyme, or an enzyme, wherein M1 and M2 are different, wherein 10% to 90% of the repeating units of the polymer comprises at least one material that specifically binds to one or more biomolecules, wherein 10% to 90% of the repeating units of the polymer comprises a group having at least two hydroxyls, a zwitterionic group, PEG, or a combination thereof, and wherein the number of the repeating units of Formula M1 of the polymer is an integer of 1 to 300 and the number of the repeating units of Formula M2 of the polymer is an integer of 1 to 300, and wherein X is a group having at least two hydroxyls represented by Formula 1and Y is a material that specifically binds to one or more biomolecules. |
