PURPOSE: A polymer stabilizer and a polymer composition including thereof are provided to secure the processing stability at the high temperature in which a molding process is carried. CONSTITUTION: A polymer stabilizer includes a compound marked with chemical formula 1: CnH(2n+2)O. In the chemical formula 1, n refers to an integer over 4. The compound marked with the chemical formula 1 is sugar alcohol with 6 carbon atoms. A polymer composition contains a polymer and the polymer stabilizer. The polymer is selected from the group consisting of styrene butadiene rubber, a styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer, a styrene butadiene block copolymer, and others.
