PURPOSE: A cooling water heat exchanger of a gas heat pump system is provided to be maintained in a stable cycle in a heating under-load and a cooling overload without refrigerant noise. CONSTITUTION: A cooling water heat exchanger of a gas heat pump system comprises: an outdoor unit(100) which includes a compressor(101), an engine(102) which drives the compressor, a four-way valve(120), and an expansion valve(130) which expands compressed refrigerant in a high pressure and a high temperature into refrigerant in a low pressure and a low temperature; an indoor unit(200) which comprises an expansion valve(220) and an indoor heat exchanger(210); a sub tank for cooling water(140) which stores cooling water; a sub heat-exchanger(160) which circulate cooling water and flows cooling water from a cooling water sub-tank through a pipe(141) in order to be heat-exchanged; and a cooling water pump(170) which flows the cooling water to circulate through the pipe.
