PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage extraction device for efficiently performing the creating operation or correcting operation of a control program regardless of whether to use a paper filter in filtering beverage. SOLUTION: This beverage extraction device includes: a brewer body 20 for extracting and delivering beverage, and for ejecting extracted scum; a paper filter sending device 201 for sending a paper filter P to the brewer body 20; and a control device 7 for controlling the brewer body 20 and the paper filter sending device 201. The paper filter sending device 201 is configured removably from the brewer body 20, and selectively mounted on the brewer body 20. The control device 7 controls the extraction and delivery of beverage and the ejection of the extracted scum from a stand-by state and the restoration of the stand-by state according to a generalized control program regardless of whether the paper filter sending device 201 is mounted on the brewer body 20.
