The present invention relates to a frequency multiplication circuit applied to various electronic circuits. The frequency multiplication circuit according to various embodiments of the present invention may include a logic circuit part which synchronizes an input signal and generates a signal having a designated duty ratio, based on a pulse signal which synchronizes with the input signal and an inversion input signal which is an inversed input signal, and a multiplication part which generates a multiplication signal having a preset duty ratio based on the generated signal.
