PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic film excellent in conductivity, water resistance, solvent resistance, transparency and atmosphere exposure resistance efficiently at low cost.SOLUTION: There is provided a coating film having an antistatic coated layer formed from a coating liquid containing following compounds (A), (B) and (C) on at least single side face of a polyester film. (A) a polymer doped by other anionic compounds to a compound consisting of thiophene or a thiophene derivative or a polymer self doped having an anionic group in the compound consisting of thiophene or a thiophene derivative. (B) one or more kind of compound selected from a group of glycerol (b1), polyglycerol (b2), an alkylene oxide addition article to glycerol or polyglycerol (b3) and polyalkylene oxide (b4).
