PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optical transparent adhesive that has plural long and narrow concave parts, and can eject air bubbles along the long and narrow concave structure to adhere, and in which permeability of visible light range is more than 80%.SOLUTION: Optical transparent adhesive 100 has facing first surface 112 and second surface 114 and plural first long and narrow concave parts 120 provided on the first surface 112, and the permeability of visible light range is more than 80%.
