The present invention relates to a volatile organic compound enrichment and removal apparatus. The volatile organic compound enrichment and removal apparatus comprises: an adsorption part having an internal storage space, a fluid injection port, and a fluid discharging port; and a carbon nanotube sponge-metal complex arranged inside the internal storage space. More particularly, the volatile organic compound enrichment and removal apparatus has an excellent performance of adsorbing and desorbing volatile organic compounds, and an excellent performance of concentrating or removing volatile organic compounds.
