METHOD FOR CONTROLLING BUILDING LOAD OF ELECTRIC POWER BY INSIDE TEMPERATURE CONTROL

The present invention relates to a method for controlling cooling and heating power load of a building through indoor temperature setting control. More specifically, the method continuously varies the indoor temperature at a peak time zone within an indoor temperature range providing a pleasant indoor environment and minimizes the maximum value of cooling and heating load at a peak time zone or power load of a cooling system caused by the cooling and heating load. Therefore, the present invention continuously varies an indoor temperature setting value within a comfortable temperature range to significantly improve satisfaction on indoor cooling and heating pleasantness to prevent a resident from feeling discontented with cooling and heating control, thereby removing elements of hindering continuous participation of the resident in a demand management program.
