The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for cooking by applying heat to an upper and a lower portion of foods. More specifically, the present invention relates to a vertical-heating-type cooking apparatus and a method thereof. According to the present invention, foods can be cooked thoroughly without a turning step, and a heating spot can be adjusted as well, providing a user with an optimal condition to cook. In addition, a cooking part for accommodating foods is detachably installed, thereby being easy to clean. |
