a second rotatable connection; anda second convolution; and an elbow section of the body positioned between the first end section and the second end section wherein the elbow section includes a bend; wherein the first convolution is positioned between the first rotatable connection and the elbow section and the second convolution is positioned between the second rotatable connection and the elbow section.
