<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost of a fuel battery cell and a fuel battery stack by securing a high sealing property of a gasket of the fuel battery cell, and at the same time, enabling to simply and surely perform its assembly work. <P>SOLUTION: As a ring-shaped gasket 24 is molded separately from an MEA and a separator as constituent members of the fuel battery cell, it is not affected upon molding by a heat resistance limit of other cell constituent members of the fuel battery cell 10 such as the MEA 12, so that the ring-shaped gasket 24 can be efficiently molded by raising a molding temperature up to an optimum temperature. Then, as the ring-shaped gasket 24 is firmly fixed by being insertion-coupled with a hole 20, 26 formed at the MEA and the separator, respectively, fall-off of the ring-shape gasket 24 can be evaded without bringing forth complication of a structure such as providing a mortise groove in the separator for positioning of the gasket. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
