Disclosed are a method and a kit for detecting or diagnosing Sjogren's syndrome by using a specific reaction, of a specimen, to aquaporin 5. The method or the kit according to the present application can accurately and rapidly diagnose Sjogren's syndrome, which is difficult to diagnose by a conventional method.
