<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for radiotherapy, especially radiotherapy using decay chain nuclei of a radionuclide. <P>SOLUTION: The radiotherapy device 10 includes a probe 12 adapted to be at least partially led into the body of a subject and a radionuclide 16 selected from a group comprising Radium-223 and Radium-224.
