A multicomponent article for the preparation of broth for the culinary preparation of foods by making use of solid or loose articles for the preparation of broth, the multicomponent article is a shaped multicomponent article for the preparation of broth, which has at least two partial volumes that are visually and/or tactile distinguishable from each other and which correspond to food components of different composition, wherein the multicomponent article for the preparation of broth is a shaped body made by pressing, molding, casting or extrusion, wherein the shaped body, being enclosed by paper-like or film-like packaging material, is performed from at least two partial volumes in the form of a layers, from which one being formed by a loose mixture without internal cohesion. |
