Disclosed are an illegal terminal identification and processing method, an apparatus and a wireless access point device. By obtaining the failure times of a terminal attempting to access a wireless access point device by use of a password, comparing the obtained failure times with a preset limited threshold, and determining whether the terminal is a limited terminal which requires extra management on the basis of the comparison result, therefore the automatic identification of the limited device can be implemented. Furthermore, the type of limited terminals can be managed according to preset processing rules, preventing the limited terminal from freely accessing the wireless access point so as to act harmful to the rights and interests of legal users. In addition, the limited terminal identification and management solution provided in the present invention is simply-implemented, with high accuracy, and can manage the identified illegal terminal in time, thus greatly improving the satisfaction of user experience. |
