A three-pin detection machine for a worm comprises a rack (10), a manipulator (20), worm detection tools, a to-be-detected worm input system, a first-stage worm bearing system, a second-stage worm bearing system, a third-stage worm pallet mechanism (50), and a fourth-stage worm pallet mechanism (60). The manipulator (20) of the three-pin detection machine is located in the center of the detection machine. The worm pallet mechanisms at the stages and the worm detection tools are distributed around the manipulator (20), so as to facilitate the acquisition and the placement of the manipulator (20). Input ports of empty pallets and output ports of carrier pallets are fully distributed below and around the three-pin detection machine. In this way, the whole layout of the three-pin detection machine is more reasonable and the three-dimensional space utilization rate of the three-pin detection machine is improved. In addition, the reasonable layout also helps to improve the efficiency of the three-pin detection machine. |
