Disclosed is a jaw-type repetitively opening and closing hemostatic clip, comprising: an outer tube component, and a locking step (6-1) arranged in the outer tube component; a clip limit plate (1), the clip limit plate (1) being mounted at the head end of the outer tube component; a clip (2), the clip (2) being provided with two jaws, the heads of the jaws respectively extending out of corresponding limit holes on the clip limit plate (1), wherein the tail of the clip (2) is contained in the outer tube component, the tail of the clip (2) is provided with a connector (3), and the tails of both jaws are provided with locking wings (2-1) capable of being clamped and matched with the locking step (6-1); and a push-pull component, the head end of the push-pull component being provided with a deformable notched pull rod (4) fastened with the connector (3). When the push-pull component is pulled toward the tail relative to the outer tube component, the two jaws move toward each other for clamping and fixing under the limit of the clip limit plate (1); moreover, the deformable notched pull rod (4) is separated from the connector (3), and at the same time, the two locking wings (2-1) move away from each other, and the locking wings (2-1) are thereby respectively clamped on the locking step (6-1) of the outer tube component. The hemostatic clip has the function of being repetitively opened and closed before correctly clipping a disease site, the positioning is accurate, the efficiency is increased, and the surgical risk is decreased. |
