The invention relates to a mounting kit for terrace construction which comprises at least one height-adjustable modular support element for receiving and/or supporting slabs and/or floorboards that form the walking surface or for receiving substructure beams for building a substructure for the slabs or floorboards, further comprising a substructure beam and adaptation means for fastening, aligning and/or fixing the floorboards or slabs on the substructure beam or the support element. The invention is characterized in that at least one module of the support element (1) is a spacer sleeve (1.40) which can be connected to the adjacent modules by means of at least one closing element (1.41, 1.47, 1.56). The module closest to the walking surface is designed as a bearing element (1.65) and/or can be connected to a receptacle (1.110, 1.110a, 1.110b) for the substructure beam (2.20, 2.20a, 3.40, 3.40a) or for the slabs (2.10, 2.11) or floorboards (2.12). The adapter means (2.30, 2.70) having a clamping function for mechanically fixing grooved floorboards (2.12) and slabs and the adapter means (2.50, 2.90, 3.10, 3.10a) having the function of a slab bearing for the support and planar alignment of slabs (2.10, 2.11) have a base (2.31, 2.51, 2.71, 2.91, 3.12) which is compatible with the substructure beam (2.20, 2.20a, 3.40, 3.40a) of the same design. The invention provides for the first time a mounting kit which can be universally used for all subsurfaces and walking surface types, thereby simplifying the use of and at the same time considerably reducing storage costs for the required individual components. According to the invention it has been found that a mounting kit that can be used for all types of walking surfaces has to combine the technical requirements of the substructure, i.e. of the elevated foundations and substructure beams, with the fastening and bearing technology for the walking surface elements. |
