<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain downsizing or the like with respect to a light source module and a lamp for a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The light source module is provided with a substrate 13 which is composed of a recessed part 15 formed on one of surface 13a and a non-formation part 16 being a portion where the recessed part is not formed, light-emitting diodes 14, 14,... which are arranged in the recessed part of the substrate, a pair of power feeding members 19, 19 arranged in the non-formation part of the substrate, and connecting parts 17 which are formed in the substrate and connect respectively the light-emitting diodes and the pair of power feeding members.
