POWER BATTERY

PURPOSE: A power battery is provided to promote the recovery of hydrogen generated from a negative electrode by applying manganese dioxide to a negative electrode plate. CONSTITUTION: A power battery(100) comprises the following: a negative electrode plate(110a) mainly formed with lead; a negative electrode capacitor(110b) formed in the inside of the negative electrode plate; a positive electrode plate(120a) mainly formed with lead dioxide; a positive electrode capacitor(120b) formed in the inside of the positive electrode plate; a porous lead current collector(150) formed on the upper side of the negative electrode plate and the positive electrode plate; a separator(130) separating negative and positive capacitors; and a cell wall(140) formed on the outside of the negative and positive electrode plates.
