PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement of a productivity and reduction of a cost by a method wherein a storing space of an inner part is shapedly provided by bringing a heated mold into contact with a resin-made first base material, the inner part is stored in the space part of the base material, and a represented surface of the inner part is covered with a second base material. SOLUTION: In order to provide shapedly a recessed part and a space 5 for storing an inner part of a non-contact data carrier in a resin base material 5, a mold 4 wherein a projected part 4a corresponding to the recessed part and the space 5a is provided on a surface, is used. A temperature when the projected part 4a of the mold 4 is brought into contact with the resin base material 5, is a temperature enough for the resin as to be able to be gasified with thermal decomposition, and aims at a temperature wherein combustion and excessive deformation and discoloration of the resin including a periphery of the contact part are not generated. By bringing the mold 4 set at a specific temperature into contact with the surface of the resin base material 5 for a required time, the recessed part or the space 5 storing the inner part can be accurately shapedly provided onto the surface. In that case, almost of the resin to be removed from the resin base material 5 flies as gas. |
