SOLUTION: Problem data 3 and problem attribute data 4 are retrieved from a problem information database 2 by a problem graph display processing means 1 and displayed on a graph 5. Then, the problem and the attribute of the problem are selected from the graph 5 while using a mouse or the like by a selective problem input processing means 6, the required data are retrieved from a clinical information database 8 by a clinical information retrieval processing means 7 and stored in a buffer memory 12 and afterwards, an electronic medical record picture 14 is displayed from the contents in the buffer memory 12 by a clinical information display processing means 13. |
