PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the tentative editing method for a multimedia software with which the software is simply corrected by a designer or the like and generated accurately in a short time, and the cost is reduced and to provide the tentative editing device for multimedia software. SOLUTION: This method is a tentative editing method for multimedia software by which a plurality of media sources, including sound and image are processed and edited in a form used by a computer to generate a multimedia software. The method includes a step where sound and image area recorded with a time code, a tentative editing step where required sound and image are extracted from the recorded sound and image and laid out on time base of the time code, a step where the sound and image laid out by the tentative edit step is checked, as to whether or not the laid-out sound and image are in matching with a format used for the multimedia software, and a step where timing data are extracted based on the sound and image laid out by the tentative editing step. |
