PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent careless short circuit between the protecting metal foil on the inside of a laminate material for an outer jacket and a battery terminal by fusion bonding a fusion-bonding insulating inner layer of a multi-laminate material to an adhesive insulating belt-shaped film on the battery terminal extending outward closely along the non-sealed edge of a multi-laminate container, and fusion-bonding all the non-sealed facing edges. SOLUTION: An adhesive insulating belt-shaped film 18 having a belt-shaped film end 24 is formed so as to come in contact with a cathode an anode 14, or a welding joint 16 to be selected, and a hard polymer insulator thin plate 20 is arranged so as to partially placed on the belt-shaped film 18. The thin plate 20 is placed on the belt-shaped film 18 so as to cross over the belt-shaped film end 24 and the hard polymer insulator thin plate end 22, and a non-piled up part is bonded to a metal terminal piece 10. All non-sealed facing edges of a multi-laminate container are fusion-bonded. A flat lithium secondary battery completely sealed with an outer jacket is obtained. |
