PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew condensation in the whole wall by forming a ventilation part communicating with the outdoor from a wall venting layer on an outer wall, mounting astraddle a decorative material on the ventilation part of the adjacent outer wall, and forming a ventilation passage communicating with the ventilation part. SOLUTION: Wall ventilation layers A, B are formed between the outer wall face material 21 of an outer wall 20 and an inner wall 23 provided with a heat insulator 22, vent holes 25A, 25B are formed in the lower end part of the outer wall face material 21 of a two-floor part and the upper end part of the outer wall face material 21 of a one-floor part, both are covered, a decorative material 10 is attached along the joint of the outer wall of one floor and two floor, and ventilation passage C communicating from the vent hole 25B to the bent hole 25A is formed. Even if a lateral frame 43 and a ceiling panel 12 or a two-floor 13 exist between the wall ventilation layers A, B, ventilation can be promoted on the whole wall of a building because the wall layers A, B can be communicated by the ventilation passage C, and dew condensation of the whole wall can be prevented. |
