PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing omelets, capable of producing the delicious omelets having soft-boiled portions therein without affected by the skill of a worker, even when the degree of the soft-boiled state is changed by the change in the ratio of egg to ingredients or by the change in the thickness of the egg, and to provide a device therefor. SOLUTION: This device for automatically producing omelets is provided with a seasoned liquid egg-heating and supplying section 1 having a pipe 2 capable of heating a seasoned liquid egg in a semi-boiled state and a means 3 for heating the pipe 2, a horizontally placed roasting mold 5 comprising an upper mold member 5A and a lower mold member 5B capable of being opened in a double doors-like state, a hinge 9 making it possible to rotate the upper and lower mold members of the mold 5, respectively, and a carriage 14 capable of mounting and carrying the roasting mold 5. The seasoned liquid egg is obtained by adding a seasoning to raw egg and subsequently stirring the mixture. The method for automatically producing the omelets comprises passing the seasoned liquid egg through the heated pipe 2 to preliminarily heat the seasoned liquid egg in a the semi-boiled state, pouring the heated seasoned liquid egg into the roasting mold and subsequently heating the roasting mold. |
