PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical injection needle protected from the contamination caused by the adhesion of various bacteria, preventing an unexpected accident generated by thrusting the injection needle in a finger by mistake and capable of being inexpensively produced by a simple process. SOLUTION: In a medical injection needle 10, a base part 14 made of a plastic and a flexible over cap 16 made of a thermoplastic elastomer are integrally formed by multicolor molding and the base part 14 holds a hollow injection needle 12 in a state inserted in the base part 14 and the over cap 16 is an almost cylindrical member sealed at one end part thereof and closely bonded and fixed to the peripheral edge part of the base part 14 at the other end part thereof and bent upon compression to permit the sharp part 12a of the injection needle to insert to expose the same to the outside and restored to the original almost cylindrical shape when the compressed state thereof is released to again cover the injection needle 12. |
