PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make detectable the position of a moving body or a person by using a signal generator including an infrared ray signal generator, and generating a burst signal of infrared ray signal. SOLUTION: The numbers 7a, 8a respectively indicate the waveforms of infrared ray signals 7, 8. The numbers 9, 10 are rectangular wave signals in synchronization with the waveforms 7a, 8a, and signals become '1' only during the generation of a burst. The signal 9 is generated in a tag 3, and the signal 10 is generated in a tag 4. A pulse 11 is generated in the tag by the rising of the signal 9, and a pulse 12 is similarly generated in the tag by the rising of the signal 10. Then a rectangular wave 13 is generated in synchronization with the rising of the pulse 11, and a rectangular wave 14 is generated in synchronization with the rising of the pulse 12. Then a signal is sent back from the tag 3 through the electric wave as carrier only when the rectangular wave 13 is '0', and a signal is sent back from the tag 4 through the electric wave as carrier only when the rectangular wave 14 is '0', whereby the interference of the sent-back waves can be prevented as they are alternately generated though they are close to each other in distance, and the signals can be time- divisionally received by a receiver. |
