<p>A lusterless board having environmental-friendly property and easy usability and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure an angle of vision of a side to the utmost, and to reduce fatigue of an eye due to lusterless of the surface layer. A manufacturing method of a lusterless board having environmental-friendly property includes the following steps of: preparing an environment-friendly polyethylene terephthalate film having constant thickness(S1); applying polyurethane primer on a front surface of the polyethylene terephthalate film; drying the film at the temperature of 70°C ~ 90°C(S2); forming a lusterless resin layer by drying the film at the temperature of 90°C ~ 110°C(S3); applying the polyurethane primer on a rear side of the film(S4); printing colors on the rear surface of the film with a printing roll(S5); forming an adhesive layer by volatilizing remaining solvent(S6); and forming a protective layer by compressing the adhesive layer(S7). The protective layer is made of a polypropylene film which is environment-friendly material.</p> |
