<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, certainly and efficiently crush tires without cutting the internal wires when the waste tire is treated. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber tire crushing device is constituted by a reverse T shaped support member for approximately horizontally inserting and supporting the rubber tire; a cylindrical cover member having an axial opening at a part of a peripheral surface and storing the rubber tire supported by the support member; a nozzle of water jet provided on a side of the opening of the cover member; and a rotation device provided on a bottom part of the cover member and rotating the support member. Or the rubber tire crushing system is constituted by a crushing device for crushing the rubber tires approximately horizontally piled up in the cylindrical cover member having the axial opening provided on a part of the peripheral surface by water jet by the nozzle arranged at the side of the opening of the cover member; a drying device for the rubber tire fragments produced by the crushing device; a powder sorting device for sorting the particle size of the fragments; a treatment device for circulating a liquid utilized for crushing; and a high-pressure pump for making the treated liquid to high pressure and feeding it to the nozzle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
