METHOD OF CONTROLLING VPN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical and dynamic VPN network capable of rebuilding a new VPN user at a high speed.

SOLUTION: When a user terminal belonging to the VPN communicates with another user terminal not belonging to the VPN, the user terminal notifies a relay router included in a path between itself and the other user terminal about information of the other user terminal and the IP address of the edge router to which the other user terminal belongs via the edge router to which itself belongs. The relay router which has received the notification recognizes subscription of the other user terminal to the VPN, and relays the communication between the user terminal and the other user terminal.
