COMPRESSION ENCODING METHOD, DEVICE, AND PROGRAM, AND DECODING METHOD, DEVICE, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression encoding method by which the reduction of the total data amount is realized even if compression code data are made to include an occurrence probability table, a device and a program, and also to provide a decoding method for decoding the compression code data encoded by the device, a device and a program.

SOLUTION: The magnitude of a fluctuation amount of the occurrence probability (occurrence probability distributions T1, T2) for every data included in compression target data obtained in time series is discriminated. Difference probability data are generated which include an occurrence probability (T3) of the data (the data within the range of providing the code G2) of being discriminated as having a large fluctuation amount of the occurrence probability. The compression code data compressed by the encoding are made to include the difference probability data.
