<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic brake device which feeds discharged oil from a hydraulic pump for a brake to a working machine in an industrial vehicle having the working machine, applies the brake with the pressurized oil of an accumulator to brake the vehicle when the working machine is stopped, and the cargo handling speed is increased, and an engine is miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: The industrial vehicle has a brake device to brake the vehicle by receiving discharged oil from a hydraulic pump for the brake through a brake operation valve, and a working device to operate the working machine by receiving discharged oil from a hydraulic pump for the work through a work operation valve.
